This seminar will be of interest to those working in
prep schools, as well as those running houses in
senior schools taking new boarders at age 11 or 13,
and senior managers responsible for the induction of
new boarders in senior schools. The day will
consider relevant developmental issues, the nature
and demands of the transition, and the importance of
effective management of the induction process.
